According to the decision published in the Official Gazette, from January 1, 2024, the maximum coverage amount has been raised from 640,000 TL to 1,272,000 TL.Additionally, he stated that the maximum premium amount ranges from 869 TL to 252 TL, depending on the risk group. The unit price per square meter used to calculate the insurance value has been set at 6,000 TL for reinforced concrete structures and 4,000 TL for others.Ece noted that this regulation will be effective from January 1, 2024, and that its implementation has already begun.
