AXIS Capital Holdings Limited has appointed new leadership for its Irish legal entities, AXIS Re SE and AXIS Specialty Europe SE, effective October 7, 2024. Dax Gulmohamed will take the role of CEO for AXIS Specialty Europe SE, succeeding Fintan Mullarkey, who steps down after 21 years with the company. John O’Neill has been appointed CEO of AXIS Re SE, continuing in his role as Senior Vice President of Life Reinsurance. The changes come as part of AXIS’s ongoing strategy to enhance its operational leadership in the specialty insurance market.
