Unison Risk Advisors (URA) has completed the acquisition of Enders Insurance, a family-owned property and casualty insurance agency based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Enders Insurance, established in 1950, employs over 60 people across its offices in Lancaster, Reading, and Middleburg, with Andrew Enders currently at the helm. URA, formed in December 2020, has rapidly expanded since its inception, now boasting more than 1,000 employees across more than 20 locations, making this the 18th acquisition since its establishment. The ongoing consolidation in the insurance sector reflects a broader trend towards mergers and acquisitions aimed at enhancing resources and market reach.
