A recent survey by Kuwait-based GIG, conducted across the MENA region, reveals that while 65% of respondents reported experiencing mental health issues and 57% faced physical ailments, 82% still rated their overall well-being as excellent or very good. The report highlights anxiety as the most common mental health concern, alongside insomnia and depression, with many respondents self-diagnosing their conditions. Financial stress emerged as a primary source of worry, affecting 43% of those surveyed. Moreover, the findings underscore the need for increased awareness and accessibility of mental health resources, as a significant proportion of participants expressed uncertainty about where to seek help.
