Montana’s insurance commissioner position went to Republican James Brown, who received 62% of the votes, replacing Troy Downing. Meanwhile, North Carolina’s incumbent Mike Causey and Delaware’s Trinidad Navarro both achieved reelection, with Causey gaining 52.1% and Navarro 58.5% of the votes, respectively.
