One80 Intermediaries has acquired Waypoint Underwriting Management, a specialty reinsurance Managing General Underwriter based in New Jersey. This partnership is expected to enhance One80’s product offerings and client services, as both companies share similar values focusing on teamwork and accountability. Waypoint provides a range of reinsurance solutions, including Property, Casualty, and Workers’ Compensation. The deal’s terms were not disclosed, and Waypoint was advised by Dowling Hales during the sale.
