A delegation from the Turkey Insurance Association (TSB), led by President Uğur Gülen and including SEDDK Vice President Emine Feray Sezgin, TSB Vice Presidents Ahmet Yaşar and Taylan Türkölmez, General Secretary Özgür Obalı, and Deputy General Secretary Balkir Demirkan, recently visited the Spanish Insurance Association (UNESPA). Hosted by UNESPA President Mirenchu del Valle Schaan, along with key figures such as Antonio Guardiola Martínez, Legal Director Cristina Casado, and Insurance Director Manuel Mascaraque Montagut, the meeting focused on the Spanish Traffic Insurance Personal Compensation Law, known as Baremo.
During this vital discussion, participants explored the intricacies of the Baremo Law, recognized as one of the leading models in Europe for the Traffic and Personal Accident sectors. The dialogue encompassed implementation strategies and opportunities for collaboration between the respective associations, emphasizing the significance of learning from best practices on a global scale.
