On November 15, 2024, the Insurance Information and Monitoring Center (SBM), in collaboration with the Insurance Fraud Prevention Bureau (SİSEB) and the Turkish Insurance, Reinsurance, and Pension Companies Association (TSB), conducted a specialized training session for insurance companies. The training, led by AC Global’s expert Cenk Bora Budak, focused on crucial aspects of the insurance sector, including methods for assessing theft and fire damage, reconciliation processes during claims, expert determination techniques, and the significance of accounting records and loss reports following incidents.
This comprehensive workshop aimed to enhance the skills of professionals in accurately identifying and managing insurance claims, thereby reinforcing the integrity and operational efficiency of the insurance industry in Turkey.
