Ege Sigorta Acenteleri Derneği continues its efforts to strengthen collaboration between insurance agents and companies, as well as to develop joint solutions to industry challenges. Recently, representatives visited Allianz Sigorta A.Ş. Ege Regional Director Mr. Zeki Altıntenür. The delegation had the opportunity to tour Allianz’s innovative operation center, known as Allianz Campus, located in Gaziemir, İzmir. This sustainability-focused campus covers 17 acres and boasts an environmentally friendly and employee-oriented design. Notably, the facility supports an employment capacity of 1,100 people within the Aegean region, adding significant economic value.
During the visit, a meeting was held between the association’s executive board and regional managers to discuss common issues facing İzmir agents. In this context, Mr. Altıntenür shared crucial insights into the future of the industry, emphasizing the growing importance of risk management and cross-selling strategies for agents.
