Aon has appointed Rob Kemp as the new head of Commercial Risk Solutions in the UK, pending regulatory approval. Kemp, who has been with Aon for four years leading the EMEA Central Broking team, will take on his new role starting October 1. He brings over 20 years of experience in the insurance sector, having held senior positions at firms including Marsh and RSA. Jane Kielty, the UK CEO at Aon, praised Kemp for his leadership skills and industry insight, while Kemp expressed enthusiasm for developing new solutions to address complex business challenges in the market.
