Reynaldo ‘Rey’ Amigo Kangleon transitioned from a career as an insurance agent to founding the First Analytical Services and Technical Cooperative (FAST Lab), a testing laboratory for feed milling plants in Southern Luzon. After nine months in insurance sales, a suggestion from a former colleague inspired him to explore the testing laboratory venture, which he viewed as a divine answer to his prayers. Despite the financial challenges associated with starting such a business, Kangleon sought partnerships with his former R&D colleagues, ultimately establishing the cooperative. This innovative move aimed to provide more affordable and quicker testing services to local feed milling operations.
