Allianz Partners has appointed Michael Buttstedt as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective September 1, 2024. Buttstedt, who has over 25 years of experience in the Allianz Group, previously served as CFO of Allianz Italy and has held significant roles in risk management within the organization. He succeeds Damien Ladous, who has transitioned to a group-level role at Allianz Group. CEO Tomas Kunzmann emphasized Buttstedt’s financial strategy and risk management expertise as pivotal for steering the company’s financial strategy and maintaining its leading market position.
