S&P Global Ratings has announced the appointment of Yann Le Pallec as its new President, effective November 1, 2024. Le Pallec, who has been with the company since 1999, will succeed Martina L. Cheung, who will take on the role of President and CEO of S&P Global. In his new position, Le Pallec will be responsible for all aspects of the business, including commercial, analytical, control, and operations functions. Cheung, who has been with S&P Global for 14 years, will succeed Douglas L. Peterson as CEO and become a member of the Board, effective July 1, 2024.
