Specialist Risk Group (SRG) has acquired the ongoing renewal rights of Morton Insurance Brokers, a London-based firm specializing in private hire and taxi insurance since 1987. While financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, SRG indicated that this acquisition enhances its retail division and strengthens its position in the UK taxi insurance market. Lee Anderson, SRG’s deputy CEO, expressed enthusiasm about expanding the company’s footprint in the sector through this collaboration. Adrian Morton, managing director of Morton Insurance Brokers, emphasized the commitment to delivering excellent service and expertise to clients through this partnership.
