A new solo exhibition titled “A True Story,” featuring recent photographs by Hasan Deniz, will open at Millî Reasürans Art Gallery on April 30, 2024, and will run until June 14, 2024.
The exhibition explores the interplay between reality and truth through photographic techniques, showcasing personal narratives that veer between fiction and reality. While Deniz possesses insider knowledge of the stories linked to his works, viewers are invited to engage with these images without clear boundaries, allowing room for speculation and reinterpretation of the meanings embedded within the artwork.
The gallery will be open to the public starting at 11:00 AM on the day of the opening.
