On March 30, 2024, our foundation hosted a significant sporting event to strengthen ties and enhance solidarity among valued colleagues, their families, and office staff. The day featured a guided tour of Istanbul’s Historic Peninsula, followed by a remarkable Bosphorus cruise during which guests enjoyed an iftar dinner on board.
The day’s activities commenced with a gathering at 11:00 AM in front of the Topkapi Palace, where participants met their guide. The tour included visits to the palace and, optionally, the Harem section, the Basilica Cistern, and Sultanahmet Mosque, concluding the Historic Peninsula exploration. At 6:00 PM, a ferry departed from Karaköy City Lines Pier for a scenic Bosphorus tour, complemented by iftar meals served on board. A captivating whirling dervish performance was also featured for the enjoyment of guests. The event drew to a close around 10:30 PM as the ferry returned to port.
