The Türkiye-Iran Agricultural Cooperation Meeting was held, hosted by the Turkish Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges. Key attendees included Turkey’s Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Ibrahim Yumaklı, Iran’s Minister of Agriculture Gholamreza Nouri, Deputy Minister of Trade Volkan Ağar, and prominent representatives from Iranian and Turkish business sectors, including Iran’s Ambassador to Ankara Mohammad Hassan Habibollah Zadeh and President of the Iranian Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines, and Agriculture Samad Hasanzadeh.
During the meeting, various opportunities for collaboration in the agricultural sector were evaluated, culminating in the signing of cooperation agreements between Turkey and Iran. These agreements aim to enhance bilateral agricultural exchanges and strengthen economic ties between the two nations.
