The Türkiye Insurance Association (TSB), led by President Uğur Gülen, along with key representatives from the Regulatory Authority (SEDDK), including Vice President Emine Feray Sezgın and TSB Vice Presidents Ahmet Yaşar and Taylan Türkölmez, are actively engaged in discussions in Spain aimed at enhancing their regulatory framework. On the second day of their visit, the delegation met with the Dirección General de Seguros y Fondos de Pensiones (DGSFP), Spain’s insurance regulatory body. During this meeting, they had the opportunity to gain in-depth insights into the Spanish Traffic Insurance Personal Compensation Law, known as the Baremo, presented by DGSFP Director José Antonio Fernández de Pinto and his team. The discussions underscored the potential for implementing the Spanish Baremo Law within Turkey, marking a significant step in cross-border regulatory collaboration.
