A delegation from TARSİM, led by Kamil Özdemir, Head of the Agriculture Insurance and Natural Disasters Department at Turkey’s Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, conducted an on-site assessment of the damages caused by a recent frost event in Manisa. The visit, which took place from April 3rd to April 4th, included TARSİM Board Members and general management representatives who met with experts involved in damage assessment to discuss field operations and evaluate the impact of the frost.
During the second day of their visit, the team inspected affected agricultural areas and conveyed their condolences to local producers who suffered losses. The TARSİM team aims to provide support and relief for those impacted by this natural event.
