He pointed out that this situation disadvantages both consumers and agents.Addressing the public, Ece emphasized that there is no obligation to purchase insurance from the financial institution providing the loan. He reminded everyone that they have the freedom to obtain insurance from any provider they choose.Ece also drew attention to cases where financial institutions issue policies without the knowledge of the borrowers and resist cancellation requests. He called for relevant authorities to take action against these unlawful practices and recommended that citizens report any grievances to the appropriate bodies if they experience such issues.
