Discussions highlighted the reasons women often exit the labor market, particularly referencing concepts such as “motherhood marriage penalties.” The evening, hosted by Vodafone Turkey, also explored the economic and social contributions of women actively participating in the workforce. The event concluded with all volunteers coming together for a commemorative photo on stage.
