Ageas Re Announces New Regional Structure to Enhance Client Service
Ageas Re will reorganize into three regions to enhance client service starting September 1, 2026.

Ageas Re, the Brussels-based reinsurer, will adopt a new regional organisational structure on September 1, 2026, as part of its strategy to improve client service. CEO Joachim Racz announced the creation of three regions: EMEA P&C, led by Anne Deister; Americas P&C, headed by Jeremy Walker; and International & Specialty, overseen by Christoph Spichtig. Key roles within these regions will be filled by experienced underwriters. Significant changes to the Management Committee include the establishment of separate CFO and CRO roles.
