Quick Hayat Sigorta, a new life insurer, has received its operating licence from the Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Agency (SEDDK) in Turkiye. The insurer, a subsidiary of Maher Holding Insurance Group, has a paid-up capital of TRY250m ($7.7m) and aims to complete the Quick financial ecosystem. This development marks a significant milestone for the insurance industry in Turkiye, which has been seeing growth in recent times. With this licence, Quick Hayat Sigorta is set to offer life insurance services in the country.
