The Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Authority (IPRSA) has made amendments to its general regulation numbered 2023/31, which came into effect on December 14, 2023. Starting in October 2024, the maximum premiums for the Compulsory Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance will be increased by 2.5% in November. This change will be put into effect with the general regulation numbered 2024/24, which will be published on October 10, 2024, with a validity date of November 1, 2024.
