The Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Authority (IPRSA) has amended certain provisions in its circular dated 10/01/2025, which refers to the previous Circular No. 2023/1. Notably, the article concerning receivables from DASK, TARSİM, and ÖRYM with a risk coefficient of 0.075 has been revoked. The new circular will be effective from the date of its publication, and the head of the institution will be responsible for implementing these provisions.
