TARSİM participated in the opening of the Istanbul Human Resources Forum, held on February 17 at the Istanbul Congress Center, graced by the presence of Mr. Mehmet Fatih Kacır, the Minister of Industry and Technology. Representing TARSİM, Bekir Engürülü, a member of the Board of Directors and General Manager of the Agricultural Insurance Pool, attended the event.
The Forum, themed “Development Based on Talent,” brought together high-level representatives from national and international organizations, human resource managers from public and private sectors, leading academics, career advisors, and officials from both domestic and foreign non-governmental organizations.
In his address, Minister Kacır emphasized the significance of human resources in the pursuit of a stronger and more prosperous Turkey, highlighting that talent is the most valuable capital and innovation serves as the engine for sustainable growth. He noted that countries which prioritize the development of human resources as a strategic objective are likely to emerge as global leaders.
