Employers with five or more employees are required to enroll new hires under the age of 45 in the Automatic Enrollment System (OKS). Contributions from employees’ gross salaries will be deducted at a rate of 3%, directing these funds into their OKS accounts, where they will be allocated for investment in various funds.
