Article 1
An additional sentence has been incorporated after the second sentence of the first paragraph of Article 13 of the regulation published in the Official Gazette dated July 14, 2007, No. 26582. Furthermore, the term “durumun” in the existing third sentence of the same paragraph has been changed to “durumların.” The new sentence states that the institution is authorized to reduce the insurance duration to up to thirty days for traffic insurance contracts entered into by businesses holding a used motor vehicle trade authorization certificate in accordance with the regulation published in the Official Gazette dated August 27, 2024, No. 32645.

Article 2
This regulation shall enter into force on the date of its publication.

Article 3
The provisions of this regulation will be executed by the President of the Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Authority.
