**TARSİM Engages with Kırklareli University Students on Agricultural Insurance**
On May 28th, Bekir Engürülü, a member of the TARSİM Board of Directors and General Manager of the Agricultural Insurance Pool, participated in a panel titled “Sustainability in Law,” organized by the Faculty of Law at Kırklareli University.
The event also featured the participation of notable figures, including Kırklareli University Rector Prof. Dr. Bülent Şengörür, Kırklareli Deputy Governor Dr. Yusuf Güler, and several other local officials and academic representatives. Engürülü presented a discussion on the critical role of TARSİM amid changing climate conditions and increasing natural disasters, emphasizing the need for sustainable agricultural practices in Turkey.
During the panel, Engürülü addressed questions from attendees and expressed gratitude for the opportunity to contribute to such an important dialogue. Rector Şengörür honored Engürülü with a plaque in recognition of TARSİM’s contributions, which he gratefully accepted.
This engagement highlights the proactive measures TARSİM is undertaking to promote agricultural insurance and its significance in fostering resilience within the sector.
