This document addresses the amendments to the regulations regarding mandatory liability insurance for hazardous materials titled “TEHLİKELİ MADDELER İÇİN YAPTIRILACAK ZORUNLU SORUMLULUK SİGORTALARINA İLİŞKİN TARİFE VE TALİMATTA DEĞİŞİKLİK.” It outlines the changes made to the existing tariff and instructions.
Article 1
The tariff and instructions published in the Official Gazette No. 27576 on May 9, 2010, regarding mandatory liability insurance for hazardous materials have been amended as per the attached document.
Article 2
This tariff and instructions will come into effect on January 1, 2025.
Article 3
The President of the Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Authority will be responsible for the enforcement of these tariff and instructions.
